Different types of sessions we offer throughout Adelaide

 

1 on 1 sessions improve:

 

maximising touches on the ball

technique 

ball control using all body parts 

developing game understanding 

using body shape 

passing, shooting, dribbling, 1v1 attacking and defending 

confidence

awareness

saq- speed, agility, quickness 

strengthens weak foot positional understanding 

Small group and Large group:

Either a group of friends or completely new players, forces you to really concentrate on touch, body position, gaining confidence and encouragement, also bringing a competitive edge to the session and communicating  in a team like environment, all of the aspects of 1 on 1 training will also be used in group sessions. 1 on 1 has more repetition, but being able to do this in a group with slight pressure, will help in game situations.

Game/Player analysis:

This is when we video and analyse you in a game, we then structure training sessions based on the areas we feel you need to work on, after a few weeks we then follow up to make sure your training is making a positive impact on your development within the game.

Position specific training:

Is there something in your game you really want to work on? position specific sessions are to really zoom into the area of the pitch you need to work on whether its receiving the ball, passing/heading the ball, finding space, defensive recovery, timing or game understanding.

School holiday camps:

Creating a fun environment for kids/teenagers still learning all aspects of the game whilst incorporating all of the above.
